- When? Please provide the date of the action and when the picture
was taken.
- Why? Please give some background for the photograph and any other
information you care to provide.
- Please provide the name of the photographer.
- Technical Specifications: The photo must be in the following formats: jpg or gif. The photo must be less than 500K and at 72 dpi (dots per inch).
