Maryland Purchases LDRPS
from Strohl Systems
Strohl Systems, based in King of Prussia, Pa., has announced that
the Maryland Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) has purchased
the company's continuity planning software, LDRPS, to build and
manage continuity of operations plans (COOP). MEMA will begin
implementing LDRPS at several pilot agencies with plans for an
eventual statewide rollout.
The purchase came after two years of due diligence
by MEMA and the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene
(DHMH). Fisher Scientific Co. provided the state with procurement
assistance.
MEMA purchased LDRPS Web server version, BIA Professional
Web server version, and consulting assistance. Software from Strohl
Systems, the global leader in continuity planning software and
services, is now used in government agencies in over 20 states.
