Paul V. Davis is director of Critical Infrastructure & Chem Bio Protection within the Joint Battlespace Integration (JBI) Business Area of Raytheon’s Integrated Defense Systems (IDS). In this role, Davis is responsible for overall program execution of Critical Infrastructure Protection and Chemical/Biological Protection programs for a variety of customers.

Based in Tewksbury, Mass. Raytheon Company, with 2005 sales of $21.9 billion, is an industry leader in defense and government electronics, space, information technology, technical services, and business and special mission aircraft. With headquarters in Waltham, Mass., Raytheon employs 80,000 people worldwide.

IDS is Raytheon's leader in JBI. With a strong international and domestic customer base, including the U.S. Missile Defense Agency and the U.S. armed forces, Integrated Defense Systems provides integrated air and missile defense and naval and maritime warfighting solutions.

Davis began his career with Raytheon in IDS Business Development – Strategy. In this role, Davis worked with the IDS leadership team in developing the strategic direction of Raytheon’s largest business. In August 2005, Davis was accepted into the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF) program as an Industry Fellow, representing Raytheon. Davis successfully completed a Master of Science degree program in National Resource Strategy at ICAF in June, 2006.

Prior to joining Raytheon, Davis spent time at General Electric (GE) with the Chairman's Corporate Business Development Group. His GE experience includes business strategy and New Product Launch initiatives across the company. Davis subsequently worked with Fortune 500 companies as a business strategy consultant. In these roles, he conducted business growth initiatives for leading defense contractors.

Davis has worked extensively with The Starlight Foundation, an international, non-profit organization dedicated to assisting seriously ill children and their families. Davis has served as a foundation Director for Starlight Foundation’s Chicago Chapter as well as a children’s wish granting volunteer and fundraiser. Davis has also served as a volunteer for the Massachusetts Special Olympics.

In addition to his Master of Science degree from ICAF, he has an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Davis was awarded a dual bachelor’s degree in economics and history from Holy Cross College. Davis is a qualified Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist™.
