Rob Franklin Chief
Operating Officer Since co-founding MorganFranklin, Rob Franklin has served as Chief Operations Officer and our Chief Information Officer. As COO, Rob has been responsible for aligning the structure, policies and procedures and business initiatives of the Operational departments with the strategic plans of the organization. Rob's leadership in the development and management of the company's Operations organization has fostered the success-oriented and accountable environment required to support the company's expansion. As CIO, Rob has been responsible for developing the strategic direction for the company's IT department, aligning the IT functions with corporate strategic plans. He has also implemented IT projects and policies that ensure appropriate IT resources are available to support corporate and operational needs. Before joining MorganFranklin, Rob served as a Senior Project Engineer at the Naval Air Warfare Center 's Special Communications Requirement Branch. In this capacity, he managed multi-million dollar program budgets, schedules and performance metrics for the delivery of advanced communication programs. Rob's communications, telecommunications and information technology experience encompasses a wide variety of systems and platforms, including implementation of shipboard, fixed-site, mobile and transportable systems. Rob
earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Widener University and an
MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
