Rebecca Fitzgerald, CA, CRM, is a Senior Records Analyst at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), where she trains agency staff and assists them in the management of Federal records. Prior to joining NARA in 2005, she served as a records manager at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, as Archivist and Director of Special Collections at Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD, and as an archivist and records manager for History Associates, Inc., a firm specializing in historical and litigation research and archives and records management services. She holds an MLS with a concentration in archives management from the University of Maryland at College Park.
