William Doggette is the Safety Program Coordinator for the Arlington County Government and Assistant Radio Officer for their Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service. Before joining Arlington County two years ago, Will spent more than 25 years as a Human Factors and safety consultant. He is a graduate of Ohio University, Athens OH, and a Certified Safety Professional.
