Mr. Ciganer is Division Chief in the IT Solutions Office which is part of NGA's Enterprise Directorate. In his current function his organization is responsible for indentifying and validating high TRL technologies and systems addressing near-term requirements in both IT and mission-critical applications. Over the past fifteen years, he has held operational and executive functions in both government and the private sector managing and overseeing the development and implementation of Agency-wide ERP systems, wide-area data collection and distribution networks and distributed remote sensing and communication systems. Prior to NGA, he was PEO of NASA's Integrated Enterprise Management Program.
