Bruce Walker Bruce is an information technology executive with a 32-year career in the design, development and management of cost-effective solutions for Federal, state and local government enterprise IT challenges. His technical qualifications are combined with business management strengths in strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, contract negotiations, and technology acquisition. He has extensive experience in all phases of project development and life cycle management with a consistent record for on-time delivery within budget.
